Please note:
- We may delay the dispatch of semen orders prior to weekends, particularly long weekends, to minimise the risk of transit delays and reduce the potential for tanks arriving dry.
- Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, due to wild weather, or due to other postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Genetics Australia’s reasonable control.
- Online orders merchandise orders processed and shipped from Bacchus Marsh, Victoria. Semen orders are shipped form Camperdown, Victoria and both sites follow any Victorian Public Holidays.
Once you order is ready for pick-up we will send you an email. Pick-ups from our warehouse can be made during business hours (8:30am-5:00pm weekdays).

Orders placed on online at www.genaust.com.au can only be delivered within Australia.
If you are based overseas we are happy to assist you. Simply call our Customer Service team on +61 3 5367 388 from Monday to Friday 8:30 – 5pm AEST or Contact Us. We will calculate your shipping costs when you place your order. Unfortunately not all products are available to be shipped to all locations but our Customer Care team can advise any restrictions.
Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Please note in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise” and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.
