How will my semen order be delivered to me?

If you’ve selected direct-to-door delivery for your semen order, it will usually be shipped in a vapor shipper. These units do not contain liquid nitrogen (LN₂), so they can be transported without Dangerous Goods surcharges.

Vapor shippers have a limited cold life (charge time), so it’s important to remove the semen promptly upon arrival and transfer it into a storage tank containing LN₂.

For destinations with longer transit times, our experienced dispatch team may instead choose a wet shipper to ensure the product remains within the required temperature range.

How do I return my shipper?

Postage includes the return freight for the shipper. A return booking will be scheduled for 2 days after delivery, and the freight company will collect the item from the original delivery address.  Either a return label will be included with the tank or emailed to you directly.

Please note that late fees may apply if the tank is not returned on time.

Why can’t I order merchandise and semen at the same time?

Our system currently doesn’t support purchasing both merchandise and semen products in the same order.

If you’re having trouble at checkout, please remove either the merchandise or the semen products and complete your purchase separately.
