About the role
We’re looking for a relationship-driven Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our dairy and beef customers across Australia. You’ll take orders, answer product questions, and help our customers find the right genetics for their herd.
What you’ll do
- Process customer orders accurately and promptly via phone, email and our online portal
- Provide product information on sires, semen, and related services
- Resolve customer queries and coordinate with the dispatch and sales teams
- Maintain clean, up-to-date customer records in our CRM
- Contribute ideas to improve our customer experience
About you
- A genuine passion for agriculture — dairy or beef industry experience highly valued
- Excellent phone manner and strong written communication
- Comfortable using CRM, order-management or ERP systems
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle priorities under pressure
